A Visit to Nefarious Winery In Lake Chelan

Visited Nefarious Winery In Lake Chelan yesterday (Sunday, Aug. 9th.) on our way back home on the west side of the mountains, after spending the weekend working at our property in Brewster.

We sampled their 2008 Consequence, a blend of Aligote and Viognier, is off-dry in style and a great summer time sipper or would pair wonderfully with seafood! Aromatics of tree fruit and grass, with flavors of green apple, stone fruit, and ruby red grapefruit. $16.99

We also tried the 2008 Viognier Defiance Vineyard, Lake Chelan AVA, Estate Grown.  Very aromatic with white peach and floral notes. Delicate flavors of pear and grapefruit finishing with a hint of minerality. Great on it’s own or with spicy asian food or curries. $18.99
