It was great to see some of the process done, I just wish I could see the video clearer, I missed a lot of details. Pretty fantastic to think of roussane and merlot cooking up for you to hopefully be some glorious wine down the road. Pretty exciting. Me, I’m making raspberry cordial for christmas, woopee!
I don’t know why the videos sometimes pixelate! Need to work on that!
I am starting to be glad of the 2010 vintage, being that it was a cool and sometimes wet growing season. Hopefully it will make better wine makers of us Washingtonians!
Raspberry cordials sound yummy! I love anything raspberry!
